Best Health Tip

Our skin has an amazing memory. It remembers all our sunburns and recalls all our stresses. Remember to drink lots of fluids, use a moisturizer twice a day, and always protect the skin from the sun. More than 80 percent of the skin aging process is caused by sun damage. Wear a broad-brimmed hat, wear sunglasses and long sleeves when you can, and always wear sunblock. Your skin will thank you.
