Best Health Tip

First, if you can, adopt a rescue dog and walk them daily. You’ll be outside, exercising, in nature, and receiving healing love from your happy pet. Second, if you're tired at night, this is your body telling you to go to sleep, not to watch the next episode of your current show on Netflix. Also, I believe carbs are a breakfast food and protein is an all-day food. Last, eat lots of nuts, seeds, and berries — and don’t let the sun set without first eating a piece of chocolate made of at least 85 percent cacao.
